Swapna Suresh won't be arrested now, Kerala govt tells HC

KOCHI: State government informed the Kerala High Court on Tuesday that gold smuggling accused Swapna Suresh will not be arrested now in the case registered on a complaint filed by KT Jaleel MLA.

Swapna has been issued a notice to appear for questioning and there is no need to fear an arrest at this stage, director general of prosecution TA Shaji submitted before the court of justice Viju Abraham.
