Whittaker to stay with Swans
Morgan Whittaker is expected to stay at Swansea City beyond the transfer window.
Rangers were keen to sign the 22-year-old before Tuesday's 11pm deadline but had three bids for the forward rejected by the Swans.

And boss Michael Beale admits he now expects the former Lincoln City and Plymouth Argyle loan man to remain at the Swansea.com Stadium for the remainder of the campaign.
"He will be staying at Swansea I believe," he said.
Whittaker is set to be in contention to feature in Swansea's matchday squad for the Championship clash with Birmingham City on Saturday afternoon.

Investor talks confirmed
Swansea City's owners have held talks with potential new investors.
American duo Steve Kaplan and Jason Levien have long been eager to bring investment into the club, with Jake Silverstein made a director during their tenure after loaning the club funds.
And it has been revealed that the Swans' owners have held fresh talks over potential investment into the club.
A segment from the latest Supporters' Trust board meeting minutes read: "The owners have been speaking to potential investors over the past few months. The club will update us if any investment is confirmed."
Kaplan and Levien purchased a majority stake in the club for a fee of £100m in the summer of 2016.
The latest minutes also stated that the club's chief executive Julian Winter confirmed that the Swans were bidding to be active in the January transfer window.
"The club is working hard on bringing new players in to strengthen the squad but there is nothing to report thus far," read the segment on the January transfer window following Winter's meeting with the Trust on January 6.
However, more than three weeks on from that update and with little more than 24 hours of the window remaining, Swansea are yet to add to their squad.
Signings still desired
Russell Martin remains eager to add to his squad as transfer deadline day looms.
The Swans have lost no fewer than six players either on loan or on permanent deals so far in January.
The only addition has seen Morgan Whittaker return from his loan spell with Plymouth Argyle, although head coach Martin has wanted to bring in a forward, a right-sided defender and a goalkeeper.
And the club are continuing to explore the option of making some late signings in the final throes of the winter window.
The winter window closes at 11pm on Tuesday.
