Whittaker improvement expected
Steven Schumacher believes Morgan Whittaker will only get better during his time with Plymouth Argyle.
The Swansea attacker joined the Pilgrims on a season-long loan deal last week and made his debut for the club as a substitute in a 2-0 pre-season win over Yeovil Town on Saturday. He is likely to feature prominently for the Home Park outfit this term as they bid to gain promotion from League One.

And Schumacher admits his early impressions of Whittaker are positive. “Morgan only trained with us on Friday for the first time," the boss told Plymouth's website. "Thursday doesn’t count – you can’t do tactical work in the sea! He’s going to get better.
“I’m really pleased with all of the new recruits. We knew they were going to be good players, and they’re great lads. I couldn’t ask for much more really.”
Cabango's Millers aim
Ben Cabango admits he endured a difficult summer as he recovered from his recent ankle injury.
The defender sustained the injury after being on the receiving end of a challenge from former Swan Jamal Lowe during his side's 3-3 draw with Bournemouth in April. Cabango needed surgery to repair the problem while he has undergone numerous weeks of gruelling rehabilitation work.
He made his long-awaited return to action with the Swans' under-21s on Saturday, playing 60 minutes in his side's 4-2 win over Brentford B. Speaking after the first team's 2-1 triumph at Charlton Athletic, Russell Martin revealed Cabango would be included in the squad for Saturday's league opener at Rotherham United.
And Cabango believes he's now ready to feature having had his first run out on the pitch in almost three months.
“It was my aim to just make sure that I get some minutes in this game to make sure that I’m ready for the game on Saturday,” Cabango told the club website. “It’s the first league game and I want to make sure I’m in contention to play that one.
“It’s a really good feeling to be back out on the field, it’s been a long way back but I’ve been pushing myself and it feels good to be back out there and get rid of all the cobwebs.
“It has been a difficult period, especially being in all through the summer, not really having that much of a break. I have been working hard to get myself to where I am now. But the hard work doesn’t stop now, I’ve got to really push on."

Obafemi goal hope
Russell Martin is confident that Michael Obafemi will ease the goal-scoring burden on Joel Piroe this season.
Piroe excelled in his debut campaign with the Swans, netting 24 times in 47 appearances in all competitions after joining from PSV Eindhoven. Obafemi endured a tough start to life at the club following his switch from Southampton.
He bagged just once in his first 14 outings for Swansea but ran riot in the second half of the 2021/22 season, scoring 11 times. And following a productive pre-season, Martin praised Obafemi for the unseen work he does for the team.
"Mikey's been great as well. Mikey's going to get loads of goals, he's had about four chalked off for offside that haven't been," Martin said of Obafemi's pre-season efforts. "When you're that quick, it's easy to get that wrong if you're an official.
"It's something we've spoken about. Mikey does such an important role for the team. Although he hasn't got as many goals as he would have liked, I think Joel and everyone else will be the first to tell you how important Michael is.
"He'll get goals, no problem. There'll be goals hopefully spread around the team this season."

Ogbeta attracting interest
Nathanael Ogbeta is attracting transfer interest from multiple clubs this summer.
WalesOnline understands the defender has rejected three moves away from Swansea of late but is now more accepting that he will not feature in the first team at SA1 this term. And he appears increasingly likely to secure a switch away from the club he joined from Shrewsbury Town on deadline day in January.
The 21-year-old has potential suitors in League One while clubs from Scotland have also enquired about his services. Ogbeta still has two years left to run on his contract in south Wales. You can read the full story on his situation here.
2022/23 streaming details outlined
Swansea have confirmed details for their streaming services for the 2022/23 season.
Fans can purchase individual match streams for £10 each while supporters outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland can buy a season-long streaming subscription for £170.
