Here's your round-up of all the latest Swansea City headlines for Tuesday, October 11.
Louza charged over alleged spitting incident
The FA has confirmed that Watford's Imran Louza has been charged after allegedly spitting at a Swansea City player during their recent clash at Vicarage Road.
In a statement, a spokesperson said: "Watford FC's Imran Louza has been charged with a breach of FA Rule E1.1 following their EFL Championship game against Swansea City FC on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
"It is alleged that the midfielder spat at an opposing player towards the end of the fixture, and he has until Thursday 13 October 2022 to provide a response."
Martin hails Fulton influence
Russell Martin says Jay Fulton's determination to win back is place in Swansea City's starting XI has been a key factor his team's excellent recent form.
Swansea are currently on their best run of results since August 2019, having won the last four games, with five wins from their last six Championship outings.

Fulton produced a fine performance in the latest win, a 2-1 success over Sunderland, on Saturday, and Martin has been hugely impressed by the midfielder's recent showings.
“If you look at Jay and what he went through last year, you can see that the door was never closed. It’s why he played so many games at the end of last season," he said.
“He understood the situation. It wasn’t easy for him, but I really admire how he dealt with that. What he has done for us this year has been amazing really, compared to where he was last season, which was painful for him.
“We had Flynn Downes [last season] who was difficult to play in front of. Jay understood though. He didn’t like it because he wanted to play. Jay’s been at this club a long time and his family have settled and it was a difficult time for him.
“The way he responded was incredible. I think one of the reasons for that response is that everyone here is really honest with each other. It’s that simple, it’s never personal in terms of the decisions we make for the team and the squad.
“The character he has shown allows him to produce the performances he has. He feels trusted and feels he can really contribute.”
Young Swans beaten in derby day thriller
Jack Leahy's late screamer condemned 10-man Swansea City's under-21s to a 4-3 defeat at the hands of Cardiff City in the mini-South Wales derby at Leckwith.
James Crole put the Bluebirds in command with an early double during a lively derby affair. However, a Joel Cotterill penalty got the visitors back into the tie, before Josh Thomas saw red after raising his hands towards Bluebirds keeper Matt Turner.
But Swansea came back stronger after that dismissal and the towering Wasiri Williams sent two headers into Cardiff's net either side of half-time to hand his side the lead.
However, Isaac Jefferies slotted home neatly late on in the second half to get the hosts back on terms.
As the clock ticked towards the allotted 90 minutes, Leahy then broke Swansea hearts, hitting a crisp strike from 25 yards which nestled into the top corner and earned the Bluebirds victory.
Man in the middle revealed for Burnley test
Stephen Martin is set to oversee Swansea City's trip to Burnley on Saturday.
The Staffordshire-born whistler first took up refereeing in 2002, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, and made it to step five of the football pyramid within six years.
He took charge of his first Championship match in January 2013, and this will be the thirteenth Swansea game of his career.
His most recent was Swansea's home clash with Blackburn Rovers earlier in the campaign. On that occasion, he handed out four bookings. In total he has taken charge of eight games in the Championship this season, handing out 27 yellow cards but no reds.
On Saturday, he will be assisted by Mark Dwyer and Matthew Smith. Dean Whitestone is set to be the fourth official.
