Police have charged a man after two incidents of flashing were reported in Merseyside and Cheshire.
Officers arrested Stephen Pritchard , of Oakfield Drive, Widnes after alleged exposure incidents at McDonald's and Esposito’s Café. The 66-year-old has now been charged with two counts of exposure and will appear in court on Tuesday, September 20.
It is alleged by staff that a man flashed at McDonald’s in Cables Retail Park, Prescot on July 21 and Esposito’s Café, Highlands Road, Runcorn on July 20. Pritchard has been bailed with conditions until his appearance at court.

A spokesperson for Merseyside police said: "Detectives have charged a Widnes man with exposure following two incidents in July in Merseyside and Cheshire.
"Stephen Pritchard, 66, of Oakfield Drive, was arrested and has now been charged with two counts of exposure following alleged incidents reported by staff at McDonald’s in Cables Retail Park, Prescot on 21 July and Esposito’s Café, Highlands Road, Runcorn on 20 July.
"Pritchard will appear at Sefton Magistrates Court on Tuesday 20 September. He remains on conditional bail. Anyone with information can contact us @MerPolCC or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 with reference 22000543376."
