Susanna Reid shouts 'leave her alone' and 'she's married' as co-star gets friendly interruption live on air

Susanna Reid was left shouting 'leave her alone' and 'she's married' as her co-star was subject to a friendly interruption while live on Good Morning Britain. While the presenter and co-host Richard Madeley remained in the studio, Laura Tobin has been sent out on location.

The meteorologist was on hand to bring viewers of the ITV news programme the latest weather updates from Stonehenge where she was also able to join in and report from the gathering taking place at the historical landmark in celebration of the summer solstice on Wednesday (June 21).

"I have made a lot of very interesting friends here this morning," Laura said during one of her early morning reports before she caught sight that she was being approached. "Oh - there's a man who's got a foil blanket to use as a reflector, that's very helpful of you," she politely said.

As the mystery man placed the blanket around Laura, he said: "You said that you are cold after the night. This is recycled from the London Marathon and it does the job." Continuing to be polite despite being live on air, Laura replied: "Thank you so much! That's really helpful and really kind of you."

Continuing to chat with the TV star, the man told Laura: "I really like your energy, you are such a pretty lady and I just want to be a part of the culture, when you see a beauty - this energy, your entourage - like wow, you have a power."

Back in the studio as they watched the interaction unfold, Susanna was heard cutting in and shouting: "She's married, leave her alone," as co-host Richard echoed her words by adding: "She's a married woman."

Laura was interrupted live on air by another Stonehenge visitor (ITV)

Laura told the fellow Stonehenge visitor: "That's so kind of you - I am married, but that's very kind of you." Responding to her with disappointment, the man replied: "Oh, the very first question [was] do you have a boyfriend but you are taken, ok, we can enjoy our vibes, flirting-" he replied

"What's your name, sorry?" Laura then asked, to which the fan responded: "Mars, or Marsita." Laura then said: ~"Marvellous, shall I just get on with this and tell people about Stonehenge and the summer solstice?" trying to get her report back on track. "Oh, yes," the man replied, stepping away from the camera as Laura, Susanna and Richard laughed before moving on.

And Good Morning Britain viewers were quick to respond to the interaction on Twitter. @Mr_Lawrence4 tweeted: "God loves a trier #GMB." @the_staveros said: "Geezer got some moves!" @woowoowend posted: "Oh bless him." @Marlon_MTK laughed: "#gmb laura is getting pulled live on tv."
