Supreme Court says preliminary mediation report in Sunjay Kapur family trust dispute 'positive', to await fresh report in November

The Supreme Court on Thursday said the preliminary mediation report in the dispute involving late industrialist Sunjay Kapur's family trust was "positive" and "satisfactory", expressing hope that the matter would be resolved amicably.

The apex court said it would await another mediation report in November before taking up the matter further.
