The Supreme Court on Friday declined influencer and YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia’s request for an urgent hearing on his plea to quash multiple FIRs filed against him over his alleged controversial remarks. The apex court stated that the matter would be taken up for hearing in the next two to three days.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar took note of the submissions of lawyer Abhinav Chandrachud, appearing for the influencer, and said the plea would be listed in two-three days.
