Support to NT after cyclone damage

Residents in five NT council areas hit by floods will be eligible for joint government relief. (AAP)

Disaster assistance will be provided to residents and councils in the Northern Territory impacted by tropical cyclone Tiffany last month.

The local government areas of East Arnhem, Katherine, Roper Gulf, Victoria Daly and West Daly are eligible for assistance through the jointly-funded Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
