Drivers of SUV “supersize” cars could face a surcharge in London as part of a re-booted plan to reduce road deaths and serious injuries.
Sir Sadiq Khan has asked Transport for London to investigate the risk posed by larger cars to pedestrians and cyclists, as part of a renewed attempt to eradicate road fatalities in the capital within 15 years.
