Supercomputer predicts Leeds United's fate for 2023-24 Championship season

Leeds United remain among the early favourites to win promotion back to the Premier League. The Whites are still without a manager following Sam Allardyce's departure from Elland Road at the end of the season and supporters are still awaiting an update on the 49ers Enterprises takeover.

Andrea Radrizzani has agreed a deal with the investment arm of the American organisation and it's currently in the hands of the EFL ahead of being given the green light. There have been a number of managers linked with the vacant managerial hotseat at Elland Road, including Patrick Vieira, Daniel Farke and Steven Gerrard.

This Whites know they'll have to appoint a new manager as a matter of urgency before signing off on any transfers at the club. Despite the amount of work needed to do before a ball is kicked, Leeds are still being tipped for an immediate return to the top flight.

A table produced by BonusCodeBets has the Whites finishing second in the Championship - winning automatic promotion back to the Premier League. Leicester City are the early title favourites while fellow relegated side Southampton are tipped to finish third.

Middlesbrough and Norwich join Southampton in the play-off spots, along with Watford, who are expected to place sixth. There’s no top-six finish for West Brom, Stoke or Coventry, while Ipswich, Sunderland and Blackburn Rovers end in the top half.

At the bottom of the table, Birmingham, Rotherham and Plymouth are the trio set for relegation to League One.
