'Super psyched' - Tottenham fans have their say on Antonio Conte and Mauricio Pochettino rumours

Tottenham supporters have been reacting to reports linking manager Antonio Conte with the Paris Saint-Germain job. According to Le Parisien (via GFFN), PSG are set to sack Mauricio Pochettino, and Conte is an option for the club.

"I have one year left on my contract. So logically, it is not a question of desire but a question of contract," Pochettino said in a press conference recently.

The report claims that Conte is open to moving to Paris on a two-year contract, but the club's preferred option is Zinedine Zidane, who is without a job right now. It does add, though, that Zidane has his eyes on the France job after this year's FIFA World Cup.

The reports have caused quite the stir on social media, with plenty of Tottenham supporters reacting. football.london has taken a few reactions and typed them below.

@Lane_THFC said: "So long as he's backed as well as Klopp, Pep, and Tuchel have been, I'd be super psyched to have Pochettino back for the next 15 years should Conte dip. Wouldn't miss a beat."

@Ku1usekvski said: "If I was Conte, I'd take it. He gets to manage a club with unlimited funds & we get Pochettino back. Win-win."

@sasieiro said: "Would love to see Pochettino back at Spurs. But not right now. Conte is one of the world's best, and I believe will make us successful. Need to see what he can cook with another transfer window."

The Guardian conducted an interview with Pochettino last year, and the Argentine insisted he had no immediate plans to return to Tottenham. He said: "You never know from where these rumours appear, and I am a person who doesn't like to take advantage of these things. That's why I didn't talk.

"The people criticised me here in France, the media … 'Why doesn't Mauricio give his word about staying in Paris?' But when you don't create things, why am I going to say something? I don't need to clarify things. Of course, I listened to everything. But, yes … never happened, that."
