It looks like Calvin Harris could be Rihanna's special DJ guest at this weekend's Super Bowl - if the bookies are correct. The Scots DJ has been tipped to share the stage with the pop superstar.
The Umbrella and Don’t Stop the Music singer will entertain crowds during the Halftime show of the showpiece event on Sunday February 12 in the USA.
A record breaking number of people are expected to tune in for the spectacular show. Skybet is offering odds of 4/7 on the Scot making an appearance at the State Farm Stadium, in Glendale, Arizona.
Jay Z has odds of 4/9 with other potential names including Drake (8/13), Eminem (6/4), Kayne West (5/1) and even ex-Beatle Paul McCartney (6/1), writes Scottish Express.
John Hill, of Coral bookies, told the Scottish Sun: "We make Calvin Harris odds-on (1/2) to appear on Rihanna's Super Bowl half-time set on Sunday evening. There are sure to be a few big-name guests joining her on stage, and the Scottish-born DJ looks one of the most likely."
The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen and The Who are just some of the other acts who have put in a performance at the highly popular event.
The cheapest tickets for the NFL final will set you back by £4,800 - or close to £6,000 with tax.
