Dan Neil and Dennis Cirkin have been included in the latest England U20 squad ahead of international fixtures later this month. On-loan Manchester City defender Callum Doyle has also been called up, in his case to the England U19 squad.
Sunderland academy product Neil and left-back Cirkin are part of England U20s head coach Andy Edwards' 22-man squad which will play Poland in Bielsko-Biala next Friday, and then take on Germany in Colchester the following Tuesday, March 29, with both games part of the U20 Elite League programme. Midfielder Neil, 20, made his England U20 debut in November, while 19-year-old Cirkin made his U20 debut last September.
Doyle is part of Ian Foster's 21-man U19 squad which faces three games as they work towards qualification for this summer's UEFA U19 Euro finals. The Young Lions' elite round qualifying begins against the Republic of Ireland at Walsall on Wednesday, before continuing against Armenia at Rotherham next Saturday, before ending against Portugal at Chesterfield the following Tuesday, March 29.
Doyle, 18, made his England U19 debut back in September.
