Roy Keane is being linked with a sensational return to management with his former employers Sunderland.
The Cork native has been installed as joint-third favourite to take over the vacant managerial job at Sunderland in the wake of Alex Neil ditching them in favour of Stoke City.
It's far from the first time Keane's been linked with a return to the club whom he managed with mixed results from 2006-08.

When it last became available in February there was clear interest on both sides with Keane confirming that talks had taken place.
However, he ultimately withdrew from the process as he wasn't completely happy with the terms of any potential contract with the north-east club.
And fans are convinced Keane won't return to the club this time around either.
One said: "Not a chance he could work under the present ownership. He walked away at first sign of challenge in his last spell when questioned about signings he had made. Would be a car crash appointment."
Another tweeted: "Keane wouldn’t put up with the recruitment policy. He would want total control over that. I think that’s why he didn’t take the job before Neilgot it."
Someone else commented: "As much as Roy Keane says he has unfinished business at Sunderland he does not fit and will not fit with the current sporting director model the club operates.... Keane would want full control of transfers in and out of the club."
