A sunbed addict who started tanning at 16 - often for 18 minutes in one session - was given a devastating diagnosis at just 21 after a mole started bleeding on his back.
Jak Howell, now 23, from Swansea, makes TikTok videos about his experience of melanoma, a type of skin cancer often caused by too much sun exposure, after he was using sunbeds five times a week by the age of 18.
He is now campaigning for caution after his terrifying diagnosis.
