Sugar Prices Slip on Rain Forecasts for Brazil

May NY world sugar #11 (SBK25) today is down -0.18 (-0.94%), and May London ICE white sugar #5 (SWK25) is down -1.40 (-0.26%).

Sugar prices today fell from 2-week highs and turned lower on forecasts for rain in Brazil next week.  Somar Meteorologia forecast widespread showers next week in Brazil, which eases dryness concerns and may boost sugarcane yields.
