Sugar Prices Rally Sharply on Dry Conditions in Brazil

October NY world sugar #11 (SBV24) Tuesday closed up +0.80 (+4.17%), and December London ICE white sugar #5 (SWZ24) closed up +12.70 (+2.43%).

Sugar prices Tuesday rallied sharply, with NY sugar posting a 2-1/4 month high and London sugar posting a 2-week high.  Sugar prices surged Tuesday after forecaster Climatempo said most of this week will continue to be hot and dry in Brazil's sugar-producing areas.
