Sugar Prices Pressured by Strength in the Brazilian Real

July NY world sugar #11 (SBN24) today is down -0.44 (-2.35%), and Aug London ICE white sugar #5 (SWQ24) is down -10.10 (-1.82%).

Sugar prices today are falling on  weakness in the Brazilian real.  The real today (^USDBRL) fell to a 5-week low against the dollar, encouraging export selling by Brazil's sugar producers.
