Sugar Prices Jump as Dry Conditions in Brazil Threaten Sugar Output

March NY world sugar #11 (SBH25) today is up +0.54 (+2.55%), and March London ICE white sugar #5 (SWH25) is up +10.80 (+1.96%).

Sugar prices today jumped to 1-week highs after 10-day weather forecasts called for below-normal rain in Brazil's Center-South, the country's main sugar-growing region.
