October NY world sugar #11 (SBV26) is up +0.56 (+3.14%) today, and October London ICE white sugar #5 (SWV26) is up +21.20 (+4.12%).

Sugar prices are sharply higher today after the International Sugar Organization (ISO) projected a global sugar deficit. ISO today projected a -200,000 MT sugar deficit for 2026/27, after a projected +1.1 MMT surplus for 2025/26.
