Rishi Sunak is yet again facing calls to sack Suella Braverman after the Home Secretary accused police of “playing favourites” with pro-Palestinian protesters.
Her comments have been branded “divisive” and “inflammatory”, while other ministers have declined to back her language and Northern Irish politicians have objected to her use of the country as a comparison while referring to protests as “hate marches”.
