Nunns of Grimsby has welcomed Subaru to its dealership.
Making its debut in North East Lincolnshire, the Japanese brand joins fellow country stablemates Mazda and Isuzu with the family firm on Hewitts Business Park.
The team had moved quickly to secure the additional marques after the long-standing Mitsubishi franchise came to an end as the company pulled out of the entire European market. After sales work continues.

Chris Nunn, who together with brother Paul represent a second generation at the wheel of the business, started by father Michael and uncle Stephen Nunn in 1975, said: “We are delighted to have secured Subaru sales here in Grimsby and have cars in stock to test drive and buy today. The whole Subaru range offers a superb level of specification and unrivalled safety features.
“They’re such capable cars.”
Until now, buyers have had to travel to Hull or the North Lincolnshire village of Winterton to test drive the range, which includes self-charging hybrid and petrol SUVs, XV, Outback and Forester, with an all-electric SUV, Solterra, hotly anticipated by the team.
“Once a byword for performance rally cars, the Subaru range has evolved, honing it to a fleet of hugely popular SUV models to meet the demands of today’s motorists,” Chris added.
Kevin Green, regional sales and development manager at Subaru UK Ltd, said: "We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nunns Subaru of Grimsby.
"A warm welcome to all the team as we look forward to a successful Subaru partnership."
Isuzu was brought into the fold last summer, and recent weeks have seen Nunns named as Mazda’s leading dealership in the UK, as it celebrated 30 years of sales.
