Stunning apartments with sea views launched in one of Wirral's premier areas

Strong interest is being reported for a new development coming to one of Wirral's most sought after areas.

The "high end" six-apartment luxury development, called Hildeburgh House, is on Caldy Road in West Kirby.

The scheme by Blueoak Estates was launched over the weekend, with the unveiling of a show apartment and viewings.

Due for completion in Spring this year, each apartment is between 985 sq ft and 1,080 sq ft in size (excluding balconies).

The open plan living homes have large floor to ceiling windows, with several featuring sea views. Each apartment has a private balcony or terrace, and also comes with two parking spaces.

Blueoak Estates managing director Iain MacLean said: "We're incredibly pleased to launch these stunning apartments. The show home is now complete and so we have our first apartment in which we are able share with potential owners.

"This is a brilliant location on one of Wirral's most prestigious addresses and just a stone's throw from the bustling centre of West Kirby. As with all of our schemes, we have created a far larger than average home, offering flexible space and luxury finish unrivalled by the majority of similar developments.

"We believe this scheme will appeal to a broad range of buyers and in particular the rightsizer market - namely those who have enjoyed family living in larger homes nearby and are ready to 'rightsize', and find their next dream home."

The two to three-bedroom homes are on the market for £435,000.

Following the viewings over the weekend, one apartment has been reserved with a further three underway. More information on the development can be found here.
