Stunned pundit blasts Scotland for football snobbery as 'excellent' winger snubbed

Romanian legend Basarab Panduru has accused Scotland of footballing snobbery for refusing to call up their league's star player, Danny Armstrong.

The former Kilmarnock winger was Player of the Month in Romania after helping Dinamo Bucharest to the top of the table with four goals and ten assists in 11 games.
