Strictly Come Dancing alum Saffron Barker has revealed that she has a "literal hole in [her] foot", the 21-year-old even shared a picture of the "gross" injury as she asked fans for advice on how to proceed.
The YouTuber, who is currently starring on E4 's The Real Dirty Dancing spoke out about her current condition.
She wrote: "Would love for any advice please! My shoulder has popped out and into place a few times now and it's painful when lifting my arm etc.
