Strictly star expresses gratitude after announcing major life change

Johannes Radebe

Strictly Come Dancing professional Johannes Radebe has officially become a British citizen.
Radebe, originally from South Africa, shared the news on Instagram, stating that "Britain has become my belonging" and expressing profound gratitude.
He was sworn in at Brent Council in London on Friday, 27 February, describing the citizenship as "not just citizenship. It is gratitude."
The dancer moved to the UK in 2018 to join Strictly Come Dancing and has since been partnered with seven celebrities.
His Strictly co-stars offered congratulations, and Radebe has confirmed his intention to remain on the show for as long as he is wanted.
