Neil Jones and Chyna Mills are engaged and expecting their first child together, it has been announced.
Strictly Come Dancing pro Neil and Love Island Casa Amor beauty Chyna met and began dating last year – shortly after Chyna's exit from the villa.
Seven months on and the pair are on "cloud nine" as they are engaged and expecting their first child together.
Neil, 40, had planned to pop the question to Chyna, 24, before they found out she was pregnant and had been secretly organising a holiday proposal while on the Strictly tour last year.
The professional dancer even confided in former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Tyler West, who they video-called to share their baby news with.
Chyna told Hello! magazine: "After the baby news, we were on cloud nine – and now this. It still doesn't feel real."
Neil later added: "I'd already planned to ask Chyna to marry me before we knew she was pregnant. Then we found out and I was like: 'Oh, this is brilliant, everything is coming together."
Chyna admitted she thought her professional dancer beau was joking when he popped the question as they "play jokes on each other all the time".
But, she soon said yes after a little nudge from Neil.
The engagement will be a long one for the couple as Neil and Chyna want their unborn tot to be at their nuptials
"We thought it would be cute if the baby can be walking around at the wedding," the dancer said.
The couple have been smitten since they began dating last year.
Chyna caught Neil's eye while she was on Love Island and, after her exit from the villa, Neil reached out to Chyna on Instagram.
The pair then met in person when they attended the same event together.
Professional dancer Neil and Love Island beauty Chyna, who was a youth support worker before her stint on the reality dating show, first sparked romance rumours last year.
Their romance was soon confirmed when the pair headed in a trip to Paris together in August and shared photos on their Instagram pages.
During the trip to the city of love, the couple were photographed holding hands.
In October, the couple told the Mirror they were taking their romance slowly.
When asked if the pair are planning on living together, Neil said: "We don't know yet, we're having such a nice time together, still getting to know each other – she's putting up with me slowly."
Neil was previously married to Strictly pro Katya Jones. But the pair parted ways after 11 years together in 2019.
Announcing their separation, they said: "We will always love each other, just in a different way as friends. This will never change what a great team we make and we are really proud of everything we have achieved together."
