Strictly Come Dancing star Jayde Adams left BBC viewers on the verge of tears following her beautiful performance tonight after she dedicated the emotional dance to her late sister, Jenna.
The comedian, along with her professional dance partner, Karen Hauer, put on a poignant performance to Beth Midler's classic ballad, Wind Beneath My Wings.
Before she took to the dance floor, Jayde, 37, revealed thats she was dedicating the dance to her late sister, Jenna, who sadly passed away in 2011.
At the age of 23, Jenna was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor after having a seizure. She fought for six years before she sadly passed away.
Jayde, who previously admitted that she had only ever danced with her sister, broke down in tears following the stunning performance with Karen after Strictly host Claudia Winkleman mentioned her late sister's name.
The comedian struggled to get her words out as she discussed how much the performance meant to her.
Jayde revealed that before her beloved sister passed away, she asked Jayde whether she thought people would forget about her.
"Before she died, she asked me 'do you think people will forget me', Jayde explained.
"This means so much to me because I'm proving to her that nobody has forgotten her, and we never will.
"I'm so grateful and lucky that I get to do this because so many people lose people and grief is so difficult and personal to everyone, so being able to keep the promise that we said we would is just so special," Jayde added through tears.
Following her performance, Strictly fans flocked to Twitter to praise Jayde.
"God that was a stunning dance! So lovely to see Jayde speak so highly of her sister. Almost had me in tears," one viewer tweeted.
"Not me sobbing at Jayde sobbing. That was beautiful," another echoed, while a third shared: "Holding back the tears watching Jayde talk about her sister on Strictly."
"Wow what a performance from Jayde! Cried my eyes out," another gushed.
