Strictly Come Dancing contestant Helen Skelton's shared her car parking blunder ahead of show rehearsals.

The TV presenter told dance partner Gorka Marquez's Instagram followers they had both had an "interesting day" as he and Helen Skelton, 39, both had a bit of bother before arriving to practise their routine.

The pro dancer revealed he had a flat tyre, before he turned the camera onto Helen who shared her issue.
