Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton has shared an exciting career update this morning as she opens up on her mental health in a new campaign with Go Outdoors and Mind Charity.
This weekend saw Countryfile presenter, Helen, reach her highest score yet on the BBC dance competition alongside her professional dance partner, Gorka Marquez, after they performed the Jive.
The pair scored an impressive 37 points – three nines and a ten, which saw them breeze through another week in the competition, it came as a huge relief after they narrowly missed out the dreaded dance off the week prior.

And the good news doesn't stop there as this morning Helen took to social media to share another exciting project, the mum-of-three shared an exciting update with her 376k followers on Monday, November, 7 as she teams up with a whole host of other stars for a great cause.
The 39-year-old star shared a clip promoting a new mental health campaign in partnership with Go Outdoors and mental health charity Mind.
Helen can be seen alongside Julia Bradbury, David Seaman and Sean Fletcher in the short clip, she captioned the post: “Exciting news!
“I’m so proud to introduce you all to ‘Hats On For Mind’, a campaign for better mental health. Along with my friends @therealjuliabradbury, @officialdavidseaman and @seanfletchertv, I’ve designed a hat which not only gives 100 per cent of its profits to @mindcharity but is also about encouraging everyone to get outdoors this winter for our mental health.
“Click the link in my bio and get yours from @gooutdoors… get outdoors and share your selfies #hatsonformind.” She added: “This is not a paid campaign, it is something I’m working on with my branded partners @gooutdoors.”
The comments section was quickly flooded with support from fans, one follower penned: “Such an important campaign and love your design Helen, off to get one xx,” a second added: “Love this! Will be getting one for sure.”
A third said “Great idea. Love the Hat. I've just bought 2! Xx” while a fourth agreed: “Brilliant. Everyone Needs To Talk About their Mental Health."
Helen is a huge advocate for spending time outdoors in relation to mental health, she regularly shares updates of the importance of getting outside with her three young children - Ernie, Louis and Elsie, as well as the family dogs!
