Helen Skelton and her three children have moved back in with her parents, following her split with her husband of eight years.
The Countryfile presenter, 39, who is currently strutting her stuff on Strictly Come Dancing, has relocated to her parents' farm in Cumbria, after her break-up was announced in April.
On Saturday night, Helen danced the Paso Doble with Strictly partner Gorka Marquez after it emerged that week that her ex Richie Myler is expecting a baby with his girlfriend Stephanie Kirkill.
Helen and Rugby player Richie announced their split in April, just four months after the birth of their third child, Elsie Kate.
The ex-couple also share sons Ernie, seven, and Louis, five.
Speaking to The Telegraph, Helen said she has left Leeds, where she and Richie lived, and moved to her parents' home in the Lake District.
Speaking about life Cumbria, the star said: "I can get up in my pyjamas, pull my boots on, pull my dad's coat on, walk across the fields with the dog and what a joyous way to start the day."
Helen also touched on how she feels after the split, explaining she doesn't see herself as a victim.
"There are a lot of people who have been in my situation who haven't been given the opportunities that I've got," she said.
After dancing on Saturday night, Helen thanked her parents, who were in the Strictly Come Dancing studio audience.
"They hate public thanks, so I better be favourite child after this!
"Do you know what, grandparents keep this country on its feet. And my parents keep me on my feet. So thank you to them," she said.
While Helen and Gorka were on the balcony chatting to strictly host Claudia Winkleman following their performance, the pro dancer used the opportunity to tell Helen that she must believe in herself.
He said: "Can I just say something? I know you've been having a difficult time, and I know you've been made to feel like you're not beautiful or good enough or anything.
"But if you don't believe in yourself... I believe in you. Everybody here believes in you, your family believes in you."
Helen appeared to be mortified by the gushing comments as she hid behind her dancing partner before reappearing.
Gorka continued: "It doesn't matter how many times I say it or the judges say it, or anyone says it, it's only you that can make the change and the one who believes in you.
"You are an amazing woman, very inspirational, an amazing mum and an incredible dancer so believe in you please."
While at first seeming a bit uncomfortable with the praise, Helen then decided to roll with it, and with cheers from her fellow contestants, jumped on a small table and performed a move from her dance.
