Strictly fans were left in tears tonight as Helen Skelton and pro partner Gorka Marquez both broke down on the It Takes Two sofa ahead of Saturday's final.
Helen was send a number of good luck messages ahead of tomorrow final from her proud family and friends, including her two young sons.
BBC Two It Takes Two hosts Rylan Clark and Janette Manrara were chatting to the couple about their dances this week, including their hit couple's choice from Musicals week which is making a return.

Helen was also shown a host of messages from her family and friends including her mum and dad, sons, brother and close friend Kim. She was called an "inspiration" and the messages even set Gorka off crying too.
Her mum and dad Richard and Janet said: "Helen is a very loving girl and a very loving daughter.
"I enjoyed the couple's choice, I think that dance did show a different side to her.
"I think the thing for us is how she's progressed and we can see a different Helen now. The woman she was at the start to the woman she is now is miles apart.
Her sons Ernie and Louis said: "We watch mum on TV and if she gets big scores grannie screams.
"Love you mum."
Friend Kim said: "She's just full of love and compassion and she's the best friend a girl could ever have.
"Seeing her get onto that dancefloor just gives me goosebumps. This year's been a tough one but to see Helen happy makes us all happy and yeah she's an inspiration.
"I'm so proud of you, go out there be yourself."
Helen said she would love to lift the trophy but she said that they feel like they have already won it after the journey they have had.
Rylan asked Helen if she was ready to perform their coupe's choice dance again after the amazing reaction it received the first time around.
Helen said: "Yeah, it was a moment wasn't it. That was one of those things where we did it and I will never forget the reaction in the audience.
"And I think for us, I really underestimated how much of a team we'd become. I'm so proud of Molly and Fleur and everyone whose been in this journey.
"I underestimated how much of a reaction from our friends would have, they started screaming didn't they and I was like oh wow. "
Gorka said it will be even more spectacular this time around as the pair have made a few more tweaks.
