Strictly Come Dancing professional Graziano Di Prima has opened up about his "unbreakable bond" with his dance partner from last year Kym Marsh, as she splits from her third husband Scott Ratcliff.
The former Corrie actress is thought to have parted ways with husband Scott after 18 months of marriage after the two reportedly barely saw each other due to work commitments.
Whilst the 'Strictly Curse' has reportedly been behind many splits and break ups for stars over the years, there appears to be nothing but friendship behind dancer Graziano and actress Kym.
The pair remain close friends since their performances last year, with Kym also meeting Graziano's wife Giada Lini, who performs as a professional dancer on the Italian version of Strictly, Dancing With The Stars.
The former Strictly dancing couple are reported to be "best friends", as a source told The Sun: "Kym and Graziano have had an unbreakable bond since leaving Strictly.
"They are like peas in a pod and get on so well. Graziano sees Kym as a big sister and one of his best friends."
The source went on to add how the two stars enjoy a natter on the phone just as much as a wild night out with mutual pals.
"Graziano’s currently in the UK and he’s said he’ll support Kym through anything. He thinks she’s an incredible woman, inside and out," they added.
Kuym has also spoken out previously about her friendship with the Italian dancer, as she said earlier this year: "I have a friend for life in Graziano. I adore that man, I really do.
"You can’t work that closely with someone and not have a friendship. He’s just wonderful."
News broke earlier this month that Kym's third marriage had broken down as she and husband Scott called it quits after just 18 months together.
An insider close to the pair claims differing work schedules got in the way, leading to the pair barely seeing each other.
The insider said: "They both really tried to make it work, but the cracks have been there for a while and they were only getting to see each other for one or two days a week at the very most.
"Kym’s been so busy, and last year Strictly meant even her weekends were stacked up along with weekdays rehearsing."
Speaking to The Sun, the source also added: "Scott is based in barracks down south — he’s got a very busy career as well."
Former Hear'Say star Kym married her man four months after announcing their engagement in October 2021.
