Strictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell has put rumours to rest that she has split from boyfriend Joe Sugg after recent social media posts left fans concerned.
The couple have been together since YouTube star Joe was paired with Dianne in the 2018 series of Strictly, and bought a house together last year. But the pair spent Christmas Day apart this year, with Dianne sharing on Instagram that she had flown to her native Australia to be with her family for the occasion.
Fans spotted that Joe was nowhere to be seen in the photos shared by the Strictly star, as she posted a series of updates from her festive celebrations Down Under. Some even went so far as to leave comments on her posts asking whether she and Joe had broken up, before Dianne appeared to address the queries.

The star shared a snap of her on a video call with Joe as the pair stayed in touch from opposite sides of the world, with both Joe and Dianne beaming as they caught up with one another. Meanwhile, several fans jumped to the couple's defence amid the split rumours.
"Since when has a woman on vacation equated to she and her partner splitting?" one person asked, along with an eye-roll emoji. Others pointed out that it may have been the first time Dianne was able to visit her family in Australia for Christmas in years due to Covid travel restrictions.
A second Instagram user added: "It’s very hard to spend time with families when there is distance involved. If a relationship is solid then there is not an issue, it just makes the reunion even better."
"Take a shot every time someone asks unnecessary invasive questions as to the Xmas plans of strangers they’ve never met!" said a third as they hit out at the comments. "Your Xmas looks so lovely and hope you have the best time in Oz!"
