Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer Nadiya Bychkova says her partner Matt Goss is a "completely different person" after his dreaded dance-off last weekend.
The pair found themselves in the bottom two of the BBC dance show, up against Loose Women's Kaye Adams and her pro dance partner Kai Widdrington. It was Kaye who was sent home after both couples danced again, with Matt and Nadiya surviving for another week.
After the nerve-racking dance-off, Matt is now back and ready for his next performance - with Nadiya declaring he's a "completely different person". Speaking on ITV's Good Morning Britain on Friday, they told hosts Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway all about what's ahead.

Matt said: "It was an experience, yeah, it was new to me but at the same time, it was like if that's the worst it gets then..." Nadiya went on: "A completely different person. He was like, 'I'm focused now, I'm here,' because he's got another chance to learn another dance and show what maybe someone didn't see before. He's still completely focussed and determined."
Matt added of the next dance: "It's very emotional, it's really beautiful and a beautiful song choice. I am truly loving the dance and I feel connected to it so I'm not thinking about the choreography." Nadiya then said: "I think it really suits him. Matt has really connected to the story, the music and it just works, it flows really nicely."
Strictly judges Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke all saved Matt after the dance-off on Sunday night, while Shirley Ballas said she planned to save Kaye.
Earlier this week, head judge Shirley addressed her thoughts on Kaye being sent home over Matt, claiming she was "mortified", reports The Mirror. Speaking on the BBC's The One Show, the ballroom legend said: "I just felt on the evening both couples made mistakes, but the quality of Kaye was far superior. I was absolutely mortified that she left, to be quite honest.”
Shirley added: "I love my fellow judges and we're all there to do a job but, in my opinion, that was one they didn't quite get right."
