Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton posted on Instagram in tears following the aftermath of this weekend's results show despite making it through to the next round of the dancing competition.
The ex-Blue Peter presenter has had an emotional time while on the hit TV show in which she fled rehearsals through a fire exit just minutes before the first live show after suffering from nerves. She made a tearful return to the show after being encouraged by professional dancer Gorka.
Gorka and the judges encouraged Helen to have more confidence in herself and her dancing abilities since she returned. Gorka spoke out during the live show on Saturday, October 15 to tell Helen that she was 'amazing' and she needed to believe that.
