Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skelton says that she "cringes" when she watches herself dance and says that being sexy is something that doesn't come naturally to her.
The Leeds Countryfile presenter was on tonight's episode of BBC Two's It Takes Two with professional dance partner Gorka Marquez to talk about last week's performance and what is in store for them this week.
On Saturday the celebrity contestants will be tackling Movie Week with their professional dance partners in a bid to impress the judges and top the leaderboard.

But Helen admitted that being sexy and confident isn't something that comes naturally to her when speaking to It Takes Two host Rylan Clarke on the sofa.
When watching a clip of the show from last week Helen said: "Oh god it's making me cringe."
Rylan said: "It's not often you're put in front of a three way mirror and asked to be sexy but I've got to say you served it last week.
"You really, really did.
"Can you feel that confidence growing?"
Helen replied: "Some women walk into a club and they're like who am I going to get off with, who am I going to get a drink from.
"Some women aren't and they just go out and have a chat and I think a lot of people, probably like me, don't necessarily walk into a room and go hey, look at me."
But partner Gorka said that he was so impressed by Helen last week and how she did. He said: "I was so pleased, so happy I mean she says she doesn't feel confident but there it looks confident.
"So I am very pleased."
They also revealed that this week they will be dancing the Viennese Waltz to Hopelessly Devoted from Grease.
