Helen Skelton has a challenge on her hands to win Strictly Come Dancing this weekend, as it has been revealed that she has the lowest score of the four finalists.
Blue Peter and On The Farm star Helen has been one of the most improved stars on the new series of the hit BBC show; with her shaking off a rather nervy start to her time on Strictly, to now being a serious contender for the Glitterball trophy. Helen and her professional dance partner Gorka Marquez have been second favourites for some time now, behind long time frontrunners Hamza and Jowita.
They will battle against Hamza and Jowita, Molly and Carlos and Fleur and Vito for this year's Strictly title, following Will Mellor and Nancy Xu's crushing exit in the semi final. Each couple will perform three different routines in the final: a judge's pick, their own pick and a show dance.

For their pick, Helen and Gorka will reprise their Couple's Choice dance to Mein Herr from Cabaret, which scored 39 out of 40 in Musicals Week. That was the second time the couple had come close to getting a perfect score, with them also getting 39 in Blackpool, however, Helen and Gorka go into Saturday's finale with the lowest score of the remaining contestants.
Over the course of the series, they have accumulated an average score of 32.36 out of 40, behind Fleur and Vito who are on 34.09 and Hamza and Jowita and Molly and Carlos, who are level pegging on their averages of 34.27.
Luckily for Helen and Gorka, the scores they get from the judges on Saturday night will only act as a guide to viewers, with the outcome on who wins purely determined by the public vote.
