Helen Skelton has been dealt a 'personal blow' as she gears up for the latest Strictly Come Dancing live show on Saturday, with the news that ex Richie Myler is already expecting a baby with his new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill.
Rugby player Richie, who started dating Stephanie earlier this year, has three children with former Blue Peter presenter Helen and now looks set to become a dad for a fourth time, after Stephanie showed off her baby bump on social media. Stephanie, 32, is the daughter of the multi-millionaire President of the Leeds Rhinos club, the team that Richie plays for and the couple went 'official' with their relationship when they attended Wimbledon together in the summer, after Richie and Helen's split in April, just four months on welcoming their youngest child, baby daughter Elsie.
It is believed that Richie broke the news of Stephanie's pregnancy to ex Helen before anything was posted online. A friend of Richie's told The Sun : "They have moved very quickly but are extremely happy together.
