Strictly Come Dancing fans have been poking fun at Bobby Brazier after he was left looking confused about hosts Tess Daley and Claudia Winkleman’s sign-off on Saturday’s episode.
Viewers were left tickled after they caught the actor, 20, looking baffled in the background and asking pro partner Dianne Buswell, 34, whether they were meant to be dancing on Sunday evening.
The Sunday show is pre-recorded a few hours after Saturday night’s finishes.
A smiling Dianne shook her head and seemed to tell him “next week”, as he nodded to show he understood.
The moment was caught by an eagle-eyed viewer, who shared the footage on X, formerly known as Twitter and wrote: “Did Bobby ask if they’re dancing tomorrow and Diane’s like… b**** please. I love how he has no idea what’s going on.”
A second commented alongside the clip: “He is so cute and funny! Love him!”
A third added: “‘He is just so lovely, you can tell he has such a lovely soul.”
Ahead of his foxtrot, the soap star admitted that he had never even watched the ballroom show before signing up for the series, and was unfamiliar with any of the dances.
He said on This Morning: “My first experience of Strictly is being on Strictly.”
Despite not knowing much before signing up, his dance partner Dianne, who’s been part of the BBC show since 2017, said she likes that he has no preconceptions as it means he has “no bad habits”.
She added: “Every single time I mention a dance he’s like, ‘I’ve never heard of it.’ It is quite exciting because he is learning from scratch so has no bad habits.”
The pair wowed the judges on Saturday night as they took to the ballroom for the first time with their foxtrot to All About You by McFly.
The sweet performance earned him 29 out 40 and even left his dad, Jeff Brazier, tearing up as he stood to receive the judges’ comments.
