Strictly Come Dancing fans get 'justice' for 'phenomenal' Helen Skelton on live tour

She may have narrowly missed out on winning Strictly Come Dancing 2022, but Helen Skelton fans have seen that she gets her deserved wins on the Strictly Live Tour. She and her tour pro, Kai Widdrington, were crowned the winners of last night's performance, their second on the tour so far.

The tour now moves to Nottingham Arena, where the pair could well be voted champions again by the adoring audience. Posting the news to Twitter, a spokesperson for the official Strictly Live Tour said: "The winners tonight for the final performance in @UtilitaArenaBHM were...@HelenSkelton and @Kaiwidd. Congratulations on your second win of the tour! Next stop @nottinghamarena!"

Unlike during the 2022 series, where she danced alongside pro Gorka Marquez, Helen has been boogying with Kai for the live tour. The TV presenter admitted that it has been "difficult" to go on tour without Gorka, with whom she formed a strong bond during the 2022 series.

She and Gorka were runners-up during the series, with the crown going to Hamza and Jowita. But fans are pleased that Helen is having more success on the live tour, with the wins that they felt she deserved during the main series.

@Im_Tony_H said: "Yay! Congratulations @HelenSkelton and @Kaiwidd! Just need to go for the hat trick!" @ali_sendall said: "Woo hoo. Helen was my winner, so I’m pleased she’s won a couple of shows. Mein Herr is phenomenal!"

@WL_Hsteps said: "yay congrats Helen & Kai". @annfortnam said: "Brilliant show didn't want it to end."
