Strictly Come Dancing aired a shocking bottom two result on Sunday night, as two unexpected couples received the fewest public votes.
This meant they had to take on the dreaded dance-off, and inevitably one couple was sent home.
Ellie Simmonds and her dance partner Nikita Kuzmin were the latest casualties of the ballroom, as they had to compete against Molly Rainford and her dance partner Carlos Gu.
It was a surprise to many given neither pairing were at the bottom of the leaderboard on Saturday night, while they were not at the top either.
That said, many liked both routines so to see both couples in the bottom on Sunday night was quite a shock.
Tony Adams and Katya Jones were expected to leave the show this weekend, following their routine not going so well.
Amid fans thinking they spotted the pair arguing on Saturday night, they got quite the critique from the judges and found themselves at the very bottom of the board.
Following them was Ellie Taylor and Johannes Radebe, who were left visibly upset when the judges were pretty negative about their performance.
Viewers had been worried about Ellie T leaving the show, but few people expected Molly or Ellie S to be in the dance-off.
As both couples performed once again, it was down to the judges to send someone home - and they chose to axe Ellie and Nikita.
Craig Revel Horwood chose to save Molly and Carlos, and said: "Well the couple I’d like to save are a couple that I think danced better than they did on Saturday night, in this particular dance off and that couple is Molly and Carlos."
Motsi Mabuse also chose to save Molly and Carlos, saying: "First of all I thought that dance off was incredible. Both couples really, really just danced exceptionally well. I have decided to save Molly and Carlos."
Anton Du Beke chose to save Molly and Carlos too, as he revealed: "Well I think both couples can take credit from dancing an absolutely terrific dance off. But, the couple I’d like to save for making the performance even better than on Saturday night are Molly and Carlos."
While Head Judge Shirley Ballas didn't need to vote, she revealed: "Well it was one of the best dance offs I think I’ve ever seen, but again the performance was a little bit stronger in this dance off and I would have awarded it to Molly and Carlos."
Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday at 6.55pm, with the results show on Sunday at 7:20pm on BBC One.
