'Strategic options' eyed for four-star hotel three years after £15m transformation

CBRE

"Strategic options" are being considered for a four-star hotel in Southport only three years after it underwent a £15m transformation.

The operational real estate team at CBRE in Manchester has been appointed by Waterfront Southport Properties Ltd to advise on the future of the Bliss Hotel and adjoining major development opportunity on the Waterfront.

CBRE has been instructed to explore options for the hotel and development scheme which is situated next door to the proposed Marine Lake Events Centre.
