Stormzy was reportedly caught in an argument with airport staff after he was stopped from getting on a flight to Qatar.
The 29-year-old Grime star was allegedly stopped from getting on a flight to Doha to watch today's World Cup final.
The Big For Your Boots hitmaker was reportedly trying to board a Qatar Airways flight from Heathrow Airport, when staff "noticed a reported passport issue".
“The same passport," he was reportedly heard saying. "I’ve got one passport."
The singer is said to have then left the airport and got into a waiting car - apparently missing the chance to watch Argentina face up against current World Cup champions France.
A witness told The Sun: “It looked like staff were making the point there was some sort of passport issue.
“He was very frustrated.”
Mirror Online has contacted Stormzy's rep for comment.
Tonight, Argentina are in the final for the first time since that tournament eight years ago thanks to their semi-final victory over Croatia and are aiming to go one step further than that attempt to secure their first World Cup title since 1986.
Their opponents, France, are vying to become the first nation to successfully defend the World Cup title since Brazil won back-to-back trophies in 1962. Les Bleus have seen off Poland, England and Morocco on their route to the final, despite having a host of key players unavailable for the tournament, including Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante and Paul Pogba.
Last weekend, Stormzy bared his soul at Capital's Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard.
The rapper kicked off his headline show with Big For Your Boots before segueing into a medley of the new soulful tunes from his new album This Is What I Mean.
Among the new songs was Fire + Water - a letter to his ex-girlfriend Maya Jama about everything that could have been.
The love song tells of his admiration for Maya and explores what life could have been like if their relationship had worked out.
Stormzy invited rising star Debbie on stage to help sing the emotional song about his "perfect match".
"I know I brought a world of pain you could've did without," he sang, "If you was livin' with me then I'd probably get a bigger house."
