During a recent deposition, Trump attorney Susan Necheles questioned Stormy Daniels about her understanding of the legal matters surrounding the settlement with Michael Cohen.

Necheles asked Daniels if she was aware that the settlement was a legal matter being resolved through a legal contract. Daniels confirmed that she understood this to be the case.
