The Met Office has issued a new yellow warning for thunderstorms this weekend. It comes as Storm Oscar approaches the UK, bringing a front of low pressure.
The most recent warning covers much of the nation and is in place from 12pm to 9pm on Sunday (June 11). There is another thunderstorm warning in place, which also covers Bristol, from 2pm to 9pm tomorrow.
Forecasters have warned that "heavy rain and hail" could hit some areas on Sunday afternoon. People have been warned of travel disruption and possible flooding.

The Met Office says: "Whilst many places will be largely dry, thunderstorms with heavy rain and hail are likely to develop in some places on Sunday afternoon."
They have outlined what to expect during the weather warning:
- There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded quickly, with damage to some buildings from floodwater, lightning strikes, hail or strong winds
- Where flooding or lightning strikes occur, there is a chance of delays and some cancellations to train and bus services
- Spray and sudden flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures
- There is a slight chance that power cuts could occur and other services to some homes and businesses could be lost
It is set to be a hot day in Bristol tomorrow (June 10) with high temperatures of 27C. However, there is a chance of showers at 3pm.
