Storm Dudley is officially here and we've already seen a sneak peak of what's to come.
The first of the Met Office weather warnings (yellow) will come into force at 1pm today (February 16) and end at around 6am tomorrow.
Then at 4pm again today, an amber warning will take over from the yellow and will last until 11:59pm tonight.
However many have already felt the strong winds this morning across Glasgow and the surrounding area with rain battering some parts of the city.
In addition to this, another weather warning is in place with forecasters updating their predictions this morning.
According to the Met Office, the second (yellow) warning will come into force at approximately 3am on Friday (February 18) and last until 6pm on the same day.
The first two days are said to be caused by Storm Dudley whilst the latter has been named as Storm Eunice.

Updating the warning, they said: "Snow, heavy in places, is likely to develop on the northern side of Storm Eunice as it moves across the UK on Friday. There is still uncertainty in the track of Storm Eunice and not all areas within the warning area are expected to see snow.
"However, some places may see around 5 cm of snow at low levels away from coasts. Accumulations are expected to be significantly higher over hills though with 10-20 cm perhaps up to 30 cm possible above around 250 metres. Strong winds occurring at the same time may lead to very poor visibility, blizzard conditions and drifting of lying snow".

What to expect from Storm Dudley and Eunice
The Met office have said that the storm will likely cause disruption "due to heavy snow and some strong winds" as well as:
- A chance of travel delays on roads, possibly with stranded vehicles and passengers, along with delayed or cancelled rail and air travel
- A slight chance that some rural communities could be temporarily cut off
- A small chance that power cuts will occur and other services, such as mobile phone coverage, may be affected
Due to the severity of the weather, the Scottish Government have issued a warning with Deputy First Minister John Swinney asking the public to "exercise caution" as it has been predicted that the gales will likely result in disruption to travel, power cuts and falling trees.
He added: "We expect another period of disruption this week, with Storms Dudley and Eunice set to bring strong winds to Scotland. High winds may cause issues on roads and bridges, disruption to power supplies and danger from falling trees.
"We would urge everyone to plan their journeys in advance, exercise caution on the roads, and follow the latest travel advice."
