Stop using disposable BBQs in London, says Andy Burnham to prevent wildfires as fifth heatwave hits city

Andy Burnham told people in London and other parts of drought-hit Britain to stop using disposable barbecues to prevent wildfires.

The Prime Minister said the Government was going to consider a ban on these BBQs as the capital and other areas of the country were being frazzled by a fifth heatwave in 2026.
