A growing retail services provider has launched a recruitment drive for 350 new staff.
Dee Set Group, based in Stoke-on-Trent, is on the look out for hundreds of new staff across the country in roles including field supervisors, merchandisers and warehouse operatives.
The jobs drive comes on the back of a successful year for the company, which already employs more than 4,000 people in the UK.
As part of a corporate restructure, Antony Lee was recently appointed as Dee Set's new people and retail director to help navigate the current shortages in the labour market.
He said: "Dee Set Group is an industry-leading company that is progressive and innovative. We take pride in being tech-led, but people-centred, and are looking for the right people to help with the group’s continued growth.
"We work with some of the biggest brands and retailers and have great working relationships with them. We've also got a great team and company culture, which is values-led, supports equality and diversity, and which prioritises your personal and professional development."
Mr Lee, who originally joined the company in 2018 as head of retail operations for the company's Morrisons' account, added: "People are the driving force of a successful business, and I am looking forward to continuing to work with my colleagues to give them the training and support they need to progress and thrive within this ambitious, fast-growing business."
Dee Set Group, which was established in 2001, started life as a logistics firm.
Today it is the UK's largest retail field marketing specialist which helps brands improve their retail performance both in-store and online.
It works with big-name retailers including Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, John Lewis, Kellogg’s and Arla Foods and supports more than £4 billion in sales every year for its clients.
The company is on track to make £4.5 million in 2022, after successfully doubling profits – to £3.6 million – last year, up from £1.8 million in 2020.
It has also pledging to invest a further £7 million in data and tech by 2025, adding to the £10 million it has already invested over the last two decades.
